-For the safety of our staff, customers and community, the studio is not open to in person visits. This enables us to keep the studio space disinfected so that all your balloons are delivered safely and allows us to operate with some staff working from home to assist you.
-If you visit the West Shore Farmers Market, we do have an interactive store front to check out with changing displays, our blog and other elements.
- We are not providing in-home installations for now. Set ups at venues are possible and are reviewed for safety of our staff. Artists must be given adequate safe work space.
-Home deliveries and in studio pick ups are all contactless and easy.
-We have introduced our home delivery catalog with home and gift appropriate designs to choose from, all easy to order online! We are offering delivery and pick ups on selected days. Please see the 'Shop' page for current options and delivery day availability.

-A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve an event date and time. Bookings are not guaranteed until the retainer is paid.
-Final balance is due at least 7 days before event. No changes can be made to the order after that time.
-Orders placed less than 14 days before the event may be assessed an additional charge for shipping of supplies if needed.
-final balances for corporate décor are due 7 days before event date. A 3% late charge will be added every 30 days after event date to all remaining unpaid invoice balances.
-While we use the highest quality balloons and our artists take every precaution necessary to ensure that décor will last through your event, sometimes balloons pop. We are not responsible for damage occurring for any reason after we leave the venue.
-We will place any décor per client’s initial instruction but will not move or reinstall décor after it's set.
-Cancellations made at least 30 days before an event may apply the 50% retainer to a future event within 6 months. Orders placed within 30 days of an event date are not eligible for cancellation.
How far ahead do I need to place an order?
-As soon as you decide you'd like to have balloon decor for your event, you can contact us. We book as far as a year in advance. Some dates are more popular and book quickly.
How much do you charge for delivery?
-Delivery charges are calculated based on location and venue and start at $25 locally.
